Designing a Brand Built to Explore

Byatlas set out to create more than just a brand—it aimed to capture the essence of exploration, innovation, and discovery. Our task was to develop a strategic and visually compelling brand that seamlessly blended strategy, creativity, and performance, equipping Byatlas to push boundaries and guide its clients toward new possibilities.

The Strategy

Our approach was rooted in the intersection of brand strategy, visual identity, and communication design. We crafted a clear, compelling, and differentiated narrative that not only established a unique market position but also laid the foundation for long-term growth and scalability.

The Identity

At the heart of Byatlas’s brand identity is a subtle yet powerful reference to the Earth’s axial tilt—23.4°. This natural phenomenon, which governs balance, structure, and the rhythm of life, became a central design element. It symbolises stability, purpose, and forward momentum, reinforcing Byatlas’s role as a trusted guide helping clients explore new possibilities.

The 23.4° tilt is seamlessly integrated into the logo mark, subtly dividing the words ‘by’ and ‘atlas’ while aligning the letterforms to this exact angle. This detail strengthens the brand’s connection to precision and balance, serving as a distinctive visual shorthand for Byatlas’s identity.
